Elmhurst brought holiday cheer to every resident with a Christmas tree auction from a selection of over 80 trees donated to the project.
Following our annual elegant holiday luncheon, residents gathered to eagerly watch as names were picked out of bags affixed to each donated tree. Residents were given tickets to place in the bags of their favorite trees. Everyone was delighted with the event and looked forward to their tree being placed in their apartments.
Elmhurst residents’ families were invited to join in the project by donating a decorated tree. Community organizations, schools, and individuals joined the fun by gifting us with an assortment of beautiful trees. The entire event was a rousing success.
